Not much to say. Strength wise they’re about the same. Stellar Outburst is more comfy to play cause it doesn’t have AoE issues. Overall just choose the one you like more.
As a flame chaser she doesn’t need to reset for double Ego so I had a lot of fun with her, I hope you will too!
